To charge a 5300mah 2s pack requires the following charger output

1c or 1 hour (5.3 amps) = 45 watts
2c or 30 minutes (10.6 amps) = 90 watts

would a 100-200 watt charger do all i need to do? i am new to all of this stuff.

100watt would work, but provide no extra margin for charging at higher C rates, like 3C or above, lipos permitting (newer lipos usually do). Also 200watt charger usually have a higher max charge rate than a 100watt charger. 200watt would be my choice.
