New KO Propo Radio. ( Photo povided by Satoshi Maezumi )

" New Trancemitter Launches by KO PROPO at Tokyo Akihabara KONDO ROBOSPOT. The transmitter is Decomposable. It has two kinds of handles so that you can change from right or left hand for throttle positions. Wheel or stick can be used for steering without the use of tools or parts to change out. From the photo, it looks like it's a new EX-1, not an updated EX-10 (Eurus).

So are you saying that it's more a sport or mid level radio and not a high end model like the eurus?

Now you can use a trigger throttle with a stick steering and get the worst of both worlds!

Will this FHSS radio be compatible with previous KO receivers? I think those were direct spread spectrum.

Honestly I always thought the throttle being a stick was a huge advantage over the trigger. But the wheel being a advantage over the stick. Just me though..

I wouldn't say the Eurus was "better" than say, the EX-1 UR, just suits different hands. Same with the previous Helios v Mars R.

About time KO Propo designed something totally new and different. The basic EX-1 / EX-5 / EX-10 (and others) shape has been around for decades

Sounds like you're talking about ergonomics/design, not technology/performance.

The Helios in its fastest response mode is equal to the Mars R, not faster. The Eurus is currently the highest response / tech radio in the KO lineup because the other models have not been updated recently.
