I want to upgrade to a high speed servo and it just happens to also be a digital servo, but I am having some glitchy issues with my setup and I would like some advice here.

Here is my current set-up:

-Spektrum DX3C transmitter
-Spektrum SR300 receiver
-Castle Creations Sidewinder SCT ESC and Motor
-Stock servo is what has come with my RTR Associated RC10 B4.1 - Associated standard servo.

I want to upgrade to a Spektrum Digitial High Speed servo (S-6040).

I installed the new servo and immediately started to notice a glitchy and unpredictable response when trying to steer the car. It was quite annoying to say the least.

What could be causing this issue? Has anyone else had a similar issue using the electronics that I have listed above?

What are my options?

Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Try a glitch buster style capacitor if you want a cheap fix

Run an external bec if you want to fix the problem correctly
