Tekin rs esc problem
 

Was racing at WCRC last night. I was running laps with my 22. Car was running great. Then I got hit from behind and all heck broke loose. The car stopped and I seen a bit of smoke from the driver stand. When I got to my car the rs was red like a BBQ coal with small flames. I quickly started pulling it out before it caught the battery on fire. Ended up saving the car. The crazy thing is this as a replacement esc I had for a week. The first one went out and only smelled like smoke. The replacement made a 4th of July show.

Has anyone else had this issue? Secondly, will Tekin replace the burned esc?

If its under warranty they will replace it for free! If its not for $70 they will replace a non warranted esc. " at least last I replaced one"

As to why its doing it could be many things.
