Default Schulze $700 chargers

What's in a charger makes it almost $700? Has anyone used one?

not sure, but the basic specs make it look like a cheap charger to me. 50 watts per side, or 100 watts to one side?

A lot of what you are paying for, is name. Schultze MGM and BK Warrior were the big three of brushless before Castle and Novak made brushless mainstream

Country of Mfg origin has a bit to do with it.
Directly from their site;
The very best chargers in the world are made by Schulze in Germany. In common with all premium products, Schulze chargers tend to be more expensive than other brands.

My Schulze Chameleon ISL 330 is still going great since 2004! Very well made but have not tried any of their newer chargers as I now use Hyperion DUO 3's

Probably lets out the magic smoke like their ESC's used to if you look at it sideways

Looks a lot like the Protek/Venom dual charger IMO ......

for $700 that thing should have a 12" lcd display and be wi-fi/net capable,LOL
doesnt matter to me though..at that price there is no danger of one calling my pitbox home...
