Wow thats horrible customer service. Switch to Savox....Their servos run awesome never had any problems....Cant say the same for hitec

I use to run JR servos and they did ok until I decided to bling my cars out with the hv stuff. I dropped $800 plus tax on 4 servos and 2 of them didn't make it past 2 race days. Then when I sent them back JR told me that I had run too much current through them and they would not warranty them again and that it was user error. What a rip a HV servo that cant take 7.4 volts from a lipo and costs at the top of the market. JR Junk if you ask me.

I second the vote that JR are junk and the customer service is even worst than their servos. Just buy a Hitec or Savox and be done with it. I had my Hitec 7955's for so long that I can't even remember when I bought them......

Horizon used to have the best customer support.

I love JR servos because when I was new to racing and couldn't set up end points or set my linkage and spring tension correctly. They sent me new servos to practice with and for that I'm thankful. I see it every week I'm at the track people don't have a clue about setting up servos. Everything is set at 100% and nothing is aligned.

Jr service was good early on when the HV stuff came out WOW what a difference will never run JR stuff for lack of good support still have two servos sitting in my box never called its always a headache dealing with them.
