sidewinder Help

I am trying to hook up my sidewinder SCT to a johnson 540 brushed motor. The instructions say to hook the red to "+" and the black to "-". But the motor doesn't work. Any ideas what I am doing wrong. Thanks

I know it's a silly question, but are you sure that the motor is good?

I tried two different motors. I sent a email to castle to see if they have any info. that could help

No I haven't changed it . Can I do that with the " Castle Link" ?

Ok, I figured it out ,you have to change it to brush mode in the castle link program and then re-calibrate the transmitter. thanks Hotrod
