Has anyone tried this ESC ?

I am looking for something that will allow me to run 17.5 (RCGT) and at the same time run faster motors or maybe some timing for maybe another class.

The specs say this ESC is programmable, does it mean that I can add timing to it IF I get a motor that allows timing?

I am new to the idea of timing and boost. Sorry if my question are very ignorant.

There is no timing in this ESC and you cannot add any to the ESC. You can change the mechanical timing on the motor.

Thank you. I just ordered the 17.5 motor and esc. I cannot wait for it to arrive and test.
