SR300 with Telkin RX8 question
 

I have a HB Ve8 electric buggy with a Telkin Rx8 ESC, a Hi Tec Servo and a SR300 Reveiver /DX3C transmitter. I noticed on the Telkin ESC there is only the one wire for the THR connector (unlike the additional power wire on my Tamiya cars). Is this an issue. I ask this mainly as after I binded the receiver, I am not getting the sterring or motor to run. I verified the operation of the servo on another car, so I would assume if hooked up properly the servo would at least work.
