capacitors... what will work, what won't

I'm looking at upgrading some lrp speedo's with better capacitors. Not interested at spending 30 bucks on the "team" or whatever version on three small capacitors wired in series. any info on capacitors would be very appreciated.

Look for some 1000mf or larger/16v caps at your local Radio Shack. The larger the mf value, the better.

Hope this helps!!!!
