I am looking to get a new charger what is the best one to get for racing

I love it !

its on sale for $44.00 ! insend of $53.00.

Funny thing is that they all seem to be made in the same factory but have different labels stuck on them.

Best charger is one that fits your needs. If you like 6S packs and want to charge at 1C (5A or more) then figure on getting one with at least 250watts output because those dinky 50watt ones for $30 won't do the job.

if you do find you need to charge in excess of 5amps id suggest going with a P350 power supply and the icharger 206b, regardless of how long you stick with the hobby this charger will do everything and more your reuqire from it.

i ordered one of these with their G350 power supply and it'll be here tomorrow. i doubt you'll find a better deal for the money and it's located in the USA!

Yea i know i bought my last mouth and use a 12v for now but im looking at that power supply for it. One thing il tell you is it charges my "4s lipo" fast but still fully charges it comes with good adapters also. It beeps loud when its done not a bad thing though the fan also runs while your charging.

The good thing is you can charge any battery !
So you should not have any issues with it.
The backlight sceen is a nice color and big enough to see the battery numbers.

i got my sky charger 6200 friday and halfway thru charging my second pack on saturday i hear a pop and it says connection break. i took a whiff and it smells like burnt electronics so i emailed them and should be hearing back from them tomorrow. hopefully they will replace it!

wow really i guess you just got a bad one thats happens its a good charger.
They should replace it because it wasnt your fault .

I personally prefer DC ONLY chargers as I already own a couple of power supplies, plus no internal power supply to crap out.

I'm currently using a Hitec X4 (4 banks capable of 6S or up to 6A charge rate) because I run 1/10 and 1/12 so I have to charge 2S LiPo, 1S LiPo, and 2S LiFe and don't feel like constantly changing settings (more room for error) and waiting forever between runs...plus people tell me it looks like a stereo mixer xD

Same here, used it about 6 times, charged for the first time at 10a and it made a weird sound about 30min in. Now all I get is "connection break". Figures as I'm just a couple weeks out of warranty...

haha they better replace mine! i got an email back from them yesterday saying i need to make sure everything is plugged in properly, i told them it was plugged in properly and that i heard a pop and smelled burnt electronics, i'm gonna be mad if i wasted $50 on it... although i will still probably buy another one if i have to, you can't beat it for the price
