Will this Matter.??.

Hey all .
I was at m LHS yesterday and baught a what I thought was a losi Lipo RX battery But when I got it home I found that itsactually a Mini-t/mlst 7.4 20c lipo pack.
The fittings are alitte different but will still fit my connection so Is it safe to use as a reciever battery or not.?.
I do have a losi rx batt also and looks exactly the same exept its 2000mah
and this mini-t bat is 1650mah .
Im just not sure if its safe to use in my RX.?.
any help would be much apreciated..

The added voltage [7.4v. lipo instead of the 6v.] may burn out your reciever.
