LiFePO4 in a 3PM?

Will 6.6v packs work? 9.9? Thanks

Thats designed for 8 AAs. Fully charged, 8 AAs will approach 12v. A 3S LiFe will only be 10.8v so you'd be starting like its already partly discharged. 3S lipo would be better - I use a 3S 3000mah lipo in my 3PK and my 3PJS and have been for a long time.
