new to li-po HELP!!
 

been out of the game since ni-cad...
just got some tenergy 7.4volt 1600mah 20c batteries.
the paper that comes with them says they are of a "v2" series from tenergy
similar to Align and E-flite..
there is some jumblage of a "polarity reversing adapter" needed to charge this type of pack.
i currently own a tenergy TB6B charger which came with a "balance board" i guess its called.
is this the same thing?
google isnt being helpful with the whole polarity reversal thing
and tenergys site is nill.
anybody know what this stuff means?
id love to run this exotek kit i just finished!

I would bet the term refers to the balance board for the charger as most chargers don't include these boards. I suggest using a volt meter to verify polarity of the main power connection just to be sure, though.
