Default Hardcase lipo repair question

I have a hardcase lipo and the black wire for the balance plug has come loose from inside the battery. Is there anyway to repair this, opening the case and solder back is the only option I think. Is that possible. Its a zippy lipo if that makes a difference. Any help is appreciated.

Not sure about zippy case construction but if it's a two piece case like Orions you can take it apart. You might end up breaking a tab and have use tape to keep the halves together. Be careful though as sometimes the cells are taped or glued to the inside of the case. Hope that helps

the fastest/easiest way I've used is just to cut the end off of the hardcase, you can cut just behind were the wires/bullets are without any issues...

DO NOT GO ANY DEEPER THAN YOU NEED TO!
