EZRun help with switch and receiver plug

I got an ezrun S10 (this is their ready to run version of the 35 amp brushless esc). When it came to my house, it was missing the switch (which doesn't have the program pot so no worries there) and the receiver plug. Does anyone have the programming order or know where I can get a new set?

I have never seen the wire set sold separately, but maybe you will get lucky and find one. Since the 25A all the way to the 60A use the same setup maybe you can find someone with a burned up ESC that will be willing to sell you the wire set. If not, it should not be difficult to wire in your own switch and receiver harness.
Looking at the ESC with the battery positive on the left and the batt. negative on the right, the order goes as follows from left to right:
Switch neg(black), sw. pos.(red), receiver signal(white), rec. pos.(red), rec. neg.(black)

I just took another receiver plug and switch from an old esc, rewired the switch and then through creative hot melt gluing, crimping and shrink tubing, made my own. LOL.

Thanks for the idea though. That is a good idea.
