hi recently got back into rc and now theres lipos and cheap chargers and new brands. ive already got a mrc super brain 969 charger that does up to 5 amps but does not balance lipos or charger life-po batterys. do i need a charger that charges higher than 5 amps for a 3 cell lipo?

i have a 4wd stampede and dont race (might race in future)

options:
get a lipo balancer and use my 969 ($25)

get super brain 922 balance charger, up to 5 amps ($65)

get a differnet charger that can charge at higher rates such as the chargery 480b for $65 that charges up to 10 amps (is it good) or some other charger (suggestions)
