Any decent charger will have the balancer built in

If you have to have a separate balancer, look a the Hyperion LBA10, it has the highest charge through rate at 10amps than the others out there. And it doesn't need high power adapters like the Equinox.

If you haven't bought your charger yet, just get a balancing type charger since they are simpler, no extra cables, etc than a separate balancer.
