venom pro need help plz
 

hey, my venom pro wont balance lipos. I plug in the plug and balance like it says but then it says " cell connect error" ive tried multiple lipos. What should i do?

Charger is telling you it doesn't see anything connected to the balance port. Are you using the correct balance adapter for your brand of lipo? And just to be sure, you are selecting the balance mode?

ya if it wasnt right then the plug would not fit in the slot. And yes it is balance mode

Make sure you have selected the correct number of cells of the battery you are trying to balance

Please contact customer service. they can walk you through any problems you are having. If there is something wrong with the charger they will take care of that as well.
