LIFE Reciever pack
 
Im getting into nitro offroad and I know that a voltage regulater is needed in order to go lipo as a reciever pack but if I use a LIFE I dont need one right? I am using JR 8711 and JR9100s with Futaba 614 reciever.

That's correct, LiFe is ok unregulated as it runs at 6.6v......most servos and receivers will handle this no problem. Have run LiFe packs on 6v servos for some time with no ill effects :)
