Thunder AC6 Problem
 

I recently bought the Thunder AC6 Charger/Balancer, but started having a AC power supply problem. The connection between the cable and the charger is VERY touchy, so if I so much as bump the table, the charger shuts off. I have yet to try the DC plugs, and test if that connection was bad, but was wondering if any of you more experienced guys had this problem as well, and how you fixed it. I will soon file a complaint to HobbyPartz, and am hoping for quick fix, unless someone else knows how to fix it. Any suggestions are appreciated!

just seeing you posted this, how long have you had it, as I am thinking they have a 30 day warranty on their items, don't quote me on that, but I know for a fact that any of their brushless set ups are only 30 darn days, so if your having issues, get emails out to them right away, and send them a few, not just one or two, as they seem to lack the customer service parts, hope it helps and don't wait
