How’s HW customer service? Wired up a RX10 PRO 1S and it wouldn’t calibrate to my radio. Could get it to flash and beep red but it never went green. Never got power to my motor. Tried it multiple times and then the leads and capacitor blew off the ESC.

not very good I had a new G2 Elite fail on me and the hoops to jump through for warranty are bad. I ended up switching brands and found something faster now

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your unit and with getting help with a warranty. Email them again from the Website under support RMA return and repair to get things started.

Speed control settings and timing on the motor along with gearing will cause heat. Too many RPMs can overheat a motor. What are the settings you are running?

No issues with HW here, sofar so good. Keep in mind during the Holidays, that they may be a bit busy, plus managing personnel's holiday vacations etc. They are usually easy to deal with on either FB, or directly.

On another note, is anyone running the New 2600KV open Housing motors in GT?

I got XR10 G2 on Black Friday and drove it for the first time today. Wow, what a big difference compared to the V2.1. The V2.1 is more like an on/off switch compared to the XR10 G2. My car is way easier to handle and my lines are a lot cleaner. Exactly what I was looking for.

So any actual difference other than the external color on the Passion, Rejuvenator, Stealth and Elite XR10 Pro G2 versions?

Only thing I could find is that the Elite comes with 13awg wires instead of 12 and no external switch. I don't understand why they would name it Elite and be $15 cheaper than the others

I don't care for external switches, and always switch out the 12awg for either 13awg or 14awg anyways, so why not save the $15? Unless you don't care for the color of the Elite.

I honestly wish it was bluetooth and not Wi-Fi, but none the less it works pretty well.

I used it today for the first time. I had trouble connecting to my phone when I plugged in the WiFi adapter and then turned the ESC on, but when I turned the ESC on and then plugged in the WiFi adapter it connected immediately. Worked great after that. Even seemed to show accurate motor temps and rpms even though I'm using Fantom motor (instructions say motor info only works with HW motors).

A fewgood things about the Wi-Fi tuner is you dont have to scroll all the way through a section if you pass your setting. Another is you can do an update on it without a PC and you can save a file of your setup to share with others.
