I don't know but I would definitely use it regardless. No point in risking a fried ESC.

I race ebuggy on 4s and a Shortcourse truck on 2s. I have been using the HW SCT Pro for about 4 years. I am a competitive racer and would like to know if there are smoother ESCs for my dusty low traction tracks.... I want the best for my applications. please advise....

Either the xr8 sct or xr8 plus will be both smoother and somewhat punchier if you have the batteries to push it. I personally switched from the sct pro to the xr8 plus and noticed more power, more punch, and way better brakes. Not to mention they can also run 7.4hv servos. The old sct pro only had 6v if I recall correctly. The new stuff HW are putting out are top of the line. The WiFi express is so much easier than a box. Plus importing and exporting setups are a breeze with it.

When installing wifi app it asks for permissions to access phone data. Do i need to allow permission for app to work or if i say no will it still work?

Been asking everywhere and really havent gotten a straight answer yet, and yes i have tried searching and just cant find what I need so the question is the Hobbywing 1900kv 4268sd G2 motor is it a good match for a truggy or is the 4274 a better option? Others have buggy and truggy motors for the application, but hobbywing does not really make it clear on their sites and I haven't been able to find much information about it.

Thank you in advance.

It almost sounds like you are not geting a signal. Try creating another model on the radio and start over after re binding the receiver....

The 4274 is intended for use in the truggy class as it is the longer of the 2 motors. It also has more torque due to the stator and rotor being longer as well. You can use either but the 4274 is a better choice.

4274 for 1/8th Truggy and 1/8th On Road
4268 for Buggy or 1/8th Sct
