Did yoy plug into the esc while the esc was powered or did you switch
Them on both at the same time?sometimes it tends to do that when you plug it in while esc is powered no often but it can happen

Default xerun sct pro

anyone running this with 1/8 ebuggy? rx8 died at the track, and a friend had this.. it says 1/10 and 1/8 scale. set it up and ran about four or five laps and then it shut off. I am running dx3r, spec rx , savox 1256 servo, and tekin 1900. pretty new to electric. set it up with a programming box. pretty much default settings. any ideas.
also just bought a tekin 2050. will this esc push it?
installed in a losi 3.0e stock spur and 16 pinion.
will this speedo do what I need or should I try something bigger?

We're running the sct pro in our ebuggy, 8ight-e 2.0 with tekin 1900kv on 4s with no issues.

Same combo I run to a tee with the Tekin motor. EBuggy, for a year and a half now. Might have to lower the LVC. I have mine set to 3.0 no issues.

Figured out after a 3 race event that the Tenshock non sensered at least does not work right on the SCT PRO .

It seems to struggle at a stand still on the throttle about 2 secs or so. I had the punch control on number 4 and it didnt make a diffrence . Just not that punchy really especially getting on the throttle .

And it did that shot gun powerband if you know what i mean .

The motor seemed to work much better on the BH lt4 esc.

Im going to get the Hobbywing 4700kv sensored motor anyways .

Lower your lvc to 3.0 and disable your overheat settings .

Also, what truck are you running it in and how do you have it geared?

Thanks

Had a brilliant raceday yesterday where for the first time everything behaved like it should. Setting the LVC to 2.8 was definitely the solution.
Cheers !

Has anybody noticed with this ESC running on the 4x4 SC the brake force feels soft ?

I put 75% brake force setting on this ESC and more brake on the radio it still felt like it was to soft .

Maybe a 100% Brake force is better im thinking .

I have some other issues.

I ran my buggy in the snow today. But then it stops and doesn't run.

I can turn the servo. When I throttle, I can see the ESC light red. But there's no motor response.

Also, when I turn the XERUN on, I can see the 4 green flashes of light, but it doesn't make a beep noise.

What's going on here? Has water gotten into the ESC? The XERUN is supposed to be splashproof, and it was just snow, not puddles.

Believing it to be about water, I turned my buggy (and the ESC) upside down completely, and guess what happened?

My ESC smoked up ferocious and now my kitchen smells like an electrical fire.

Thanks, Hobbywing.
