That usually means the esc is running is sensorless mode. if you are running without a sensor wire then you are fine, if you are then it is either damaged or not plugged in. Honestly though, running in sensorless with that motor is barely noticeable from sensored.

I was running sensored. Motor was around 140-150 and esc around 115-120.

I have just ordered a Hobbywing (#Combo-SCT-Pro-C1) XERUN SCT-PRO Sensored ESC +3656SD(4700KV) for my TLR 22 SCT truck running a 85t spur. What pinion size/sizes should I use to get the most out of this motor?

Also where can I find a base setup sheet so I can program the ESC accordingly?

I'd try and cancel that order. The 3656 motor is for 4wd shortcourse. That 4700Kv motor is already insane for 4wd, would probably ruin your 2wd truck.

http://www.falconsekido.com/products...combo-x-series

X5A combo with an 8.5t motor is perfect for a 22sct. I am pretty sure you wont be able to mount that SCT-PRO esc in your 22sct its to big and wont fit on the esc tray.

I think red and green flashing means "sensor error" then the esc switches to sensorless

What does this do, is it even a upgrade?

Is this correct so far?
Where do I get the 508 firmware for the Justock Clubspec ESC. Is this the best firmware for this ESC?
How do I get the firmware on the ESC?
To get to the esc you need to click on the "device" tab in the left hand corner and go down to speed control.

I made a video on how to upgrade the firmware on an Xtreme Stock. The Justock will be the same way.

Hope that helps any more questions feel free to email me at [email protected] I can even talk you through it if needed.

no issues on temps then. if you were running high timing id reduce that a bit. was the esc hard mounted?

agreed. you could probably run that motor in an 1/8th scale if you run on a small track. id try either the older hobbywing 540s or the new v10s with a 7.5-8.5 motor.
