Just maybe it might be time for a new one....That's the thing with Hobbywing, they are the best bang for the buck out there but the warranty and customer service is the absolute worst. With that said, I will buy a Hobbywing esc over anything still!

Ya, i like my hobby wings that i bought. But the costomer service and support absolutley is the worst i have ever seen, and i have had to call the DMV a few times! That being said, i like the products. I did have to send in my hobbywing 80A esc and that was a week and a half ago and they are telling me they dont have it. So now im getting upset, because the last time i had to call i ws on hold for78 minutes. So like i really want to call back.

If you want better service you probably want too. I may have spoke too soon though, didn't you have to send your esc to Hong Kong or China somewhere?
If so shipping will take at least 3 weeks to get to them don't know their turnaround time but then another 3-4 weeks to make it back to us in the States.

Is this combo any good for the SCTE it says its for a SC8 and a 2wd sc so im thinking its fine ? Its a EZrun 3500kv combo.

Im not sure if that motor can handle the weight of the SCTE. You want a 4 pole motor for that truck. Is that the 70A esc? You'll want the 120A minimum

I've never sent anything to Hong Kong, when I buy things from ebay or rcmart it takes forever to get to me. When I buy things from the USA it takes 5 days top to be at my door.

I have that exact same combo in an HPI 4x4 E-Savage (the smaller one, not the flux). Thing wheelies with 2S with that combo and stays plenty cool.

I think the combo would work with an SCTE given correct gearing.

any one know if the Hobbywing motors are 2 or 4 pole and what kind of wind they are. I have the 2250kv sensored motor and was curious.

If you check the hobbywing or hobbypartz website for each motor it will show in the specs if its 2 or 4 pole
