Had a flood need help

Well my cars were submerged in a flash flood of about 4' deep. I have not tried to run them since I pulled them out of the water. I have a few Losi strikes and a couple of brushless emaxxes and need to know what I should do to save the electronics if that's poss.

Sorry in advance if I didn't look in the right spot from the search tab. Thanks for the help guys.

Hi get your self a can of corrosion X spray and take everything apart let it dry out and give it a spray of the corrosion X then wipe it dry and it will prevent any corrosion or rust.

I'll start tearing them down. Thanks for the advice

Your welcome.
I spray my electrics with a coat of the corrosion X and let it sit and get as much off as i can with a rag or q tip and after this you can run under water!

Used in my RC cars and scale 4x4 and rc boats.

For your whole truck you can give it a blast with plane WD40 to protect all the screws and stuff from rusting.

I do this and spred it around with a paint brush and let it soak in for a few hours and when you get it dirty the dirt won't stick and it will be much easy to clean.

I do this evey once in a while helps keep things clean.

Try putting all your electronics [servos, receivers, esc...] in a bag of dry rice, fro a few days. The rice will absorb the moisture.
