Reciever Problem!!

Ok heres my problem, i have a Spektrum DX3.0 with an SR3000 reciever and i turn on the transmitter than the reciever and the led on the reciever flashes once every 3 seconds and i go to push the bind button on the rx and the light turns solid. Whats goin on here?

Have you tried the full binding process? I have receivers that will "unbind" from time to time and have to bind them again..

Yes, ive tried to but when i push the bind on the rx the light is solid, and the manual says its supposed to blink.

You need to have the Transmitter turned off before you press the RX button, it will blink and then you turn on the transmitter. At least that was the sequence for the modules. It's different with the DX3R/Pro where you have the TX on and select BIND from the menu.

With the car off, hold the bind button on the receiver, then turn the car on. The light should blink (fast). Release the bind button on the receiver. Now with the transmitter off, hold the bind button on the back of the transmitter and turn it on.

When i push the button, then turn the car on, the light goes solid and ive held it for over a minute and it stays solid and wont proceed to start blinking. Its only when i release the bind button that it flashes like once every 3 seconds.

I've had the same thing, sometimes I've had to go as far as unplugging the batt and trying several times before it would work. Not sure why, just seems to happen sometimes...
