Default AA batteries for TX (rechargeable)

Iím aware how AA Duracell/Energizer disposable batteries are 1.5v
Has anyone made a rechargeable battery which is 1.5v and not 1.2v
I wanted this for my DX3

The energizer lithiums are 1.6-1.8v but are not rechargeable. I'm not sure what they're supposed to be, but I bought 100 and thats the voltage range I've seen.

To me the best rechargeable AA going are the Sanyo Eneloops or the Turnigy LSD - these are the new low self discharge NiMhs and are nothing like ordinary ones that have self discharge. I'm using these all over the house and its like not having to buy or charge AAs. They last an unreal amount of time, pretty much like a alkaline AA, but with better voltage versus time.
