Default What setting for reedy hump pack rx?

Hey guys

I have a swallow charger, do I use the pb setting for my reedy 1600nimh 6 volt hump pack? It was either that setting or the NIMH setting, a bit confused!
1 amp ok yeh?
cheers

Use the NiMh setting, thats what the pack requires. 1amp is a fast charge and its ok, but using that on a steady basis, you won't get the life from the rcvr pac you would get using 0.5amp (slow charge). See what kind of temp the pack gets to at 1amp and if its hotter than 125F, use a lower charge rate.

These small cells can't take the heat like the bigger sub c cells can and they will degrade quickly.
