Brushed Motor Cleaning!

Hey guys, i just ordered a new Team Orion Formula SV2 BB 17t brushed motor for my xl-5 stampede. If i do a dry break in to it, would i have to disassemble and clean the motor out afterwards? Also, how often should i clean my motor? :weird:
