Iv got a hyperion duo. Its 2 months old and port 1 will charge it. Right before its done it says (3 cells) on a 4 cell battery and then automatically says battery dissconnected. Its done it on every battery iv ever had. If you dont hook up the balancer it will charge fine. I use port 2 and it works fine every time.

Any help with a number or anything would be great!

Iv used other charges when it messes up and they charge it fine....
