Need help hyperion 615i Duo3
 

i have a hyperion 615i duo3 which cant charge 2s. Dunno why it just show error connection halfway charging. I tried all 2s lipo & all cant.

it has no problem with 3s & above.

I tried upgrading the software but it doesn't help. Can Anyone help? thxs!

Are you saying it starts charging, then quits in the middle of the charge? Are you always using the same 2S harness? Any wiring or connections heating up? Try wiggling the wires to maybe locate any possible weakness.

Same on both ports? Tried without balancing? (Forget the details, but aren’t some of the Hyperion balance wiring orders different than other brands?)

I'm having a similar problem. Got mine yesterday and I will not fully charge a 2s pack.

When I change my balancing tab problem solved

mine does it on both tabs.

Sounds to me like you guys might be using the wrong balancing boards.

Some of the balancing taps will plug into the wrong board... It'll SEEM like you're using the correct board, but you're really not.

I did the same thing once with a 3S battery... would charge about 3/4 of the way then when the charger went to actually start balancing it figured out something wasn't right.
