Speed or Torque in 8th Steering Application?

Ok guys, i've narrowed my choices down to two servos, the Associated ds1015 or the savox 1256tg. The savox is rated for more torque but is slower. My question is, should I go for more speed or more torque? Which would I miss most in my buggy?

I would go with the servo that has the most torque.

you can't go wrong with the savox servo. I own six of them and run them in 1/10 buggy and 1/8 nitro late models and never have any problems.

savox all the way

Get the best of both worlds...

A Savox 1267 has 290/.09
A Savox 1268 has 360/.11

The 126x series is high voltage, not sure what kind of power he is putting to the servo?

I have a 1256tg in my truggy for steering and has more than enough torque for its application. 1258tg for thr/brk.

1258tg in my SC10
1257tg in my b4

The 1256 is definitely the slowest of the three, but still plenty of speed for steering 1/8th. Not a slouch on torque by any means, and thats run with a 5 cell (6v) receiver pack.

The savox servos are awesome and i can see them lasting a while, they arent underpowered for what they are doing at all.
