Default 1 transmitter, 2 cars/receivers...is it possible?

Hey everyone,
so I'm kinda new to this, but I was wondering if it's possible to use 1 transmitter to run 2 cars without having to bind everytime? Obviously not at the same time.
I don't have a radio yet but I'm thinking of the Futaba 4pl. So can this radio do that? Thanks.

Yes

40-model memory with 10-character model naming
you could purchase 40 receivers and run each car off that one transmitter.

I use the Spectrum DX3R pro, 4 cars, 1 transmitter

I'm running 10 diff cars and trucks with my 3PK and another 10 with an older 3PJS. So, yes, it's not only poss, but practical as well. Just use the model memory in the radio and get the extra rcvrs as needed.

Awesome...thanks for the response.

One more question, do I need a voltage regulator for non-high voltage servos if I'm running an electric off-road RC?

look into the spektrum DX3S for up to 10 model settings in memory. Lovely controller and has telemetry built in. Comes in a package with 2 receivers, one of which supports telemetry and has 3 different sensors for temperatures and rpm.

as for the servos, it depends on how your ESC really. Some ESC are able to regulate the volts sent to the receiver/servos while others don't. Find out if your ESC supports that and you can go from there.

No. The BEC/battery eliminator circuit in the ESC provides that service. Most ESCs provide around 5 to 6 volts to the receiver and servo, a spec should be listed in the manual, web site etc.
