Please, To get the Wheel extension adaptor correct into KO EX 10 Eurus, what is needed?

KO 17004 wheel ext.
KO 17005 screw set.
Is this it?
Will KO 16062 3D trigger fit EX 10 Eurus?
Will KO 21001 RX will also work with Eurus?

17004 comes with the screws you need.
Euros comes with the 3D trigger.
21001 (407s) works great with the Euros, just as fast as the 409s, but a little less range.
