Hi
you should have posted here : http://www.rctech.net/forum/radio-electronics-137/ tons of Radio info. cheers Ali |
The Eurus has been flawless! The Helios was awesome too but with the Eurus you get a little more speed, the menu is easier to navigate, it's comfortable, balanced, the 3D trigger, and I don't know about the radio you had previously but with KO you can run 7.4 volt lipo's directly connected to the smallest receiver I've seen (with the KO digital servos, not sure with other digital servos).
Robert @ KO America is great to work with as well. |
Jus thought of that. I'm frickin retarded. Lol thx tho

I've owned both the dx3r and the futaba 4pk, the eurus is hands down the most comfortable radio I've ever used...

the ko propo radio is the only way to go my firend i go to the track and can worry about everthing eles but my radio and servos because they always work.

Im the opposite.........I like the Dx3R better......I have small hands and it's very light with 2700mah Orion nimh cells, more balanced for me and more comfortable to hold for longer extended periods of time.....the menus are exremely intuitive and simple to navigate........only downfall, no backlit LCD or drop down(however Grid RC does make a drop down for it).........Dx3R gets my vote.........I had a steering trim pod fail in my Helios so I made the switch and am very glad I did.

I have owned several JR radios and a DX3r and now the Eurus. The Eurus is the only radio that when paired with digital servos carries the signal from input to output completely digital. The Eurus is the most comfortable radio I have ever held. There are many, many, many functions on it that I dont even use. This radio is my favorite radio. The 3d adjustable trigger is not found on any other radio. It accommodates large hands, small hands and you can position it such that it fits your hand specifically so braking is easy. KO is second to none in quality. I recently started using their RSX line of servos and they are far superior to all other servos. Time will tell if they will hold up to the abuse that I give them :D
But as far as radios the KO Eurus is it. Add the drop down wheel angle kit and you will find a whole new comfort when driving. |
I have a question, just picked up a Helios and was trying to ease the steering tension-I backed the screw all the way out, and it really doesn't feel altogether different. I would like it to be lighter/easier Is there something I need to know-maybe a mod of some type?
Never mind, I solved the problem.. |
