LiFe Useage Tips

I know a few threads exist on LiFe cells, but had a few specific questions, really hoping some people can help answer:

Can all Life cells be charged at a high C? (thinking Orion/Muchmore?)
Are they more like Lipo, or nimh, for efficiency?
Are the Orion/Muchmore ones reputable, they ar saddle packs by he way if this helps identify the cell types even further??

The Orion's say 10C on charging.

Thing I don't know is if these require breakin like some (Proteks) have advertised. Not sure what you mean by efficiency, but power wise, they are between NiMh and lipo.

All Lifepo4 cells benefit from a break in of 20-25 cycles (just means don't run the pack down to less than 33% of charge and only charge at 1C)
