viper r/c is working very hard to get the vtrax series of esc's released, so it will happen soon .there are still things being developed on them. when it comes time for the release the customer will recieve an amazing product. there are so many adjustable features in the vtrax line of esc's so viper and the team are working hard to make sure there are no bugs or issues. developing one of the best esc's on the market takes some time so be patient. because in the end when available and you recieve your vtrax 10 , vtrax 10R or the vtrax1 you will crap your pants as it is truly an amazing product.

Hello everyone! Still getting caught up after the crazy week that is Snowbirds. Sorry for my lack of updates and responses, we didn't exactly have functioning Wifi at the hotel. At least the new hotel is a lot nicer than the last one, and this one barely had internet

I'll review everyone's questions on the thread as soon as I have time. Everyone's PM's have been replied to.

We have an official deadline now for the first week of March for the Vtrax10 and Vtrax10R. The initial production firmware will be optimized for all modified racing, non-boosted spec racing, and boosted spec offroad racing. We are bringing the engineer to the US again this month for track side development to finalize the production firmware. We will release the Vtrax1 as soon as possible after the release of the Vtrax10 and Vtrax10R with a fully competitive spec boosted onroad function. At that time we will also release a firmware update for the 10 and 10R that optimizes the boost function for all onroad and offroad spec boosted racing. We want to release the esc's as soon as possible for all our customers who have been waiting patiently but we also need more time to develop the boost function for onroad spec racing.

We are working as fast as possible. Thank you for your patience, it will be worth the wait!

We already have the best warranty in the industry for an ESC! However we will be unable to replace or clean your pants after the crapping occurs. Also for family ratings we will change it to. So fast you'll become incontenent!

Hello everyone. I know most of you are anxiously waiting for the Vtrax system. We will be finalizing the software sometime next week so your wait will be over soon.

So far the tests with the new Vtrax software is good. Stable temperatures and excellent performance are all good signs. Thanks for all the support

Default How to properly change your VST rotor and sensor board

Several people have damaged their sensor boards while swapping rotors. Rotor changes are best and safest done through the back of the motor like this video shows.

I like to hold the can and rotor about 14in apart from each other and then just let go of the rotor and let it fly into place on its own.
