No the esc's will all come with a ProGuage. However the included ProGuage doesn't drive the cost of the esc up at all and ProGuages normally sell for $50, which gives them solid resale value. But I think you'll find having ProGuages all over the place is quite handy they're just too useful!

Will Viper R/C drivers be racing in any "boosted" classes at 'birds?

I know there will be drivers at Snowbirds - not sure of the classes.

I'll be running 13.5 GTP at the birds. Going later today after some sleep to do some testing with the latest wares. Looks good so far.

Hey all I just wanted to pop in and introduce myself. I've been racing for over 20 years (yes I'm old but not quite old enough for masters yet) and am looking forward to a very productive 2011 with Viper horsepower and ESC's. I run basically every off road electric class there is, as well as on road sedan and 1/12th scale. Should have some goodies to start testing with this week and I'll keep you all updated on motor and speedo settings as I find sweet spots. Special thanks to Weylin Rose for giving this old guy an opportunity with a great up and coming company. I'll do my best to do you proud bud! Any questions from anyone please fire away, I consider myself very knowledgeable with mid motor 2wd buggy setups in particular, and all around setups as well. Currently I run a Cougar SV, Cat SX2, and Mi4cx for Schumacher, and in Short Course I run an XFactory SCX60 as well as a FTSC10. I also have a ton of programming experience on multiple speed control designs and absolutely cannot wait to start working with ours.
Like I said, any questions please fire away!

The one I ran last night in 17.5 SCT was working great with no hickups. Was very smooth overall and I ended up running some very fast lap times with it. Its a very nice speedo and the Pro Gauge is very nice to program with. Once I was use to it I can go pretty fast on setting up the speedo.

Did you send dealer application from Viper web site? If so, we have replied you, but your e-mail address did not work. The e-mail could not be sent to your mail box. Could you PM me with alternative e-mail address. Thanks!

We're getting very close, we are working hard on polishing off the firmware for the first production release. Unfortunately boost/timing ramp is a difficult program to write for boosted spec racing.

I'm still hoping to be able to ship early February, I assure you we're working as fast as possible. Thanks for your patience, it will be worth the wait!
