Master reset for a M11?
 

Is there one? How did I do it?

You can delete each model one by one yourself, or you can send it in to Airtronics and have them set everything back to factory default. If your radio hasn't been checked in a while it might be good to send in anyway for it to be calibrated and everything gone through to make sure it's in good shape.
