Tekin RS overheating problem!

I have this problem and everyone I have talked to who dose or has owned a Tekin Esc has had the problem of it running hot.
I was running last night at about 185 after 7 minuets motor is geared correctly it was hardly reaching 120 how can I bring the temps down?

I was told that there were some settings to somehow limit the current therefore helping the temps also would adding a second capacitor help bring the temps down a bit?

Thanks for the help.

Good day!

Post your setup and what are you running it in and what turn motor?

I'm pretty sure Tekin will suggest an RS Pro for 4WD with a low turn motor. This has been posted before with high temps on the RS with the type of vehicle/motor combo you're running.

You need a pro. Technically the standard RS can handle up to 5.5 but that's really pushing it so temps will be higher. A Pro should take it much easier.
