Which Servo?
 

I just got this Revo with a spektrum dx2 controller and the throttle/brake servo was warn out. I am wondering if I could use the 2056 servo from traxxas or do I have to use the spektrum one it came with?

You might be trading down in specs (not familar with Spektrum servos) with the Traxxas servo, but there's no reason it shouldn't work. To plug it into the rcvr, you're prob going to have to remove the locating tab that Traxxas servos have on the plug - I don't think the Spektrum rcvrs use that tab. The ground wire goes to the outside of the rcvr.

Ok, someone told me that the pins inside the connectors are different and I would either need a JR servo or the spektrum one. I really wanted the traxxas one because its cheap and waterproof. Can someone verify this?
