Failsafe on servos
 

hi all,
pertaining to nitro Throttle servo failsafe. Usually I'll put some sort of rubberbands/springs around the engine carb to hold the carb shut whenever the receiver battery fails.

however, i found that this method of failsafe (preventing a runaway) is only working on KO servos (2367, 2368). I tried on Futaba servos (351,451) it won't work as the servos would hold onto its last position just before the rx battery goes flat or fail.

what other ways do you guys use to prevent a runaway due to a malfunction rx battery? :weird:
