rc8b electrics question
 
im runnin an rc8 converted to electric. it has the novak hv pro 6.5.my steering servo is the hitec645mg . i need a more powerfull servo, mine has trouble turning one way under load. so any suggestions as to a good servo to run.....

You could use the digital version of the 645, the HS5645 - its rated at 164inoz and 0.18sec vs the 645 at 133inoz and 0.2sec. Both are MG and BB type servos. Its $47 from TH. I use these and they've been a reliable servo.

The next step is a 7955TG at 333inoz and .15sec, but thats $120.

i really like hi tech 5990 tg...it is a beast and very fast ...333 and .17 @ 6 volts then goes up dramatically @ 7.2 volts 417 and .14....and when you aren't racing with it you can use it to jack up your full size car for oil changes !
