The Hitachi lipo cordless screwdriver is AWESOME. I picked one up on clearance at my local Lowes a while back for 30 bucks new! I generally use it for electrical work. It has an adjustable clutch, can be used with handle either straight or pistol grip, has 2 speeds, is quite powerful for what it is, and the batteries actually last quite well. Would be very well suited for rc work. Currently checking out 1/4 inch hex power driver bits to use for rc maintenance.

hitachi too! I would shoot myself in the head if I had to do my builds by hand. This tool is amazing!

You should check out the Bosh 3.6v driver, cheap, adjustable clutch (it comes with attachments so for hard driving the clutch can be removed), the battery seems to keep going as well, but best of all its small and light, takes up bugger all space in the tool kit, I can actually fit it inside my hudy tool case.

I've had my hitachi for 4 yrs now. Li-Ion batteries still good. Lifetime warranty on the driver, 2 on the batts, and it goes on sale at Amazon for less than $60 once in a while.

I got one of these from the Snap On guy that comes to work. I got it with a battery and charger and bit set for $99. Its been over a year and still going strong. Kind of pricey but I feel like its worth it.
