Does not exist....

I was informed by Horizon Hobby today that they do not offer a paid repair or exchange service.

So, something to consider when making that nearly $200 purchase for your next ESC.

After the warranty period expires, and your Xcelorin stops working.. you are out of luck!

At least with Novak, you can send them the broken item and $60 to get a replacement.

This is a really bad policy.... its so much easier to retain an existing customer than get a new one.. yet they seem to be trying so hard to forget those that have supported them over the years.

Sadly this will probably end my nearly 21 years of buying and supporting their products.

I see it as they don't want you to waste any more money on that junk. I thank you horizon!
