M11 won't turn on

I have an M11 with Spektrum mod. used it last Sunday and it was fine. I tried turning it on today and it will not turn on. Completely dead, no blue light, nothing on the screen. Tried everything from changing batteries, checking connections, played with the switch nothing. This is my second M11 that had this same problem. The first one had a very similar problem, one minute it was working fine, then i unplug the lipo batt. to charge it, after charging plugged it back to the radio, turned the switch on and nothing. Btw, these are used radios when i bought it, but what are the odds on having the same problems. Any suggestions will be much appreciated. Thanks.

The radio has a fuse in it that pops. It's usually caused by plugging the lipo battery in backwards. You can send the radio in and the fuse can be replaced and we can also put an Airtronics connector on the Lipo battery to prevent plugging the battery in backwards.

I'm in LA, so can I drop it of instead of sending it in? Airtronics in Fountain Valley? Thanks Chris.

You can bring it into the Fountain Valley Hobby People. Leave it for a couple days and we'll call you when it's ready.
