Spektrum Servo Buzzing

I just got my new DX3s TX and put a Spektrum 6040 servo in my SC truck and for some reason it just keeps buzzing. It doesnt seem to be binding so not sure what it is Its working fine aside from buzzing

Hunt thru the menu on the tx and try switching the frame rate. Fixed one of mine like that.
