Need help with HK 100A esc w/reverse

I recieved a HobbyKing 100A car esc in trade. I did not recieve a manual and need to program it to my tx/rx. If theres anyone out there who owns it please let me know.

Is there a model number or anything on it other than its 100a ESC?
